Have you ever thought you just want to give up because of the challenges life throw to you? In this episode of inspiring coffee talk, my invited guest, Miss Rajvin Kaur who is cerebral palsy patient shared with you how to move forward even though you face challenges.

About Rajvin Kaur

Born in 1985, Rajvin was 31 weeks premature and developed cerebral palsy due to the lack of oxygen to her brain on the second day after birth.

It was hard to find a kindergarten that would accept her with her special needs. Upon leaving kindergarten she was put in a primary school; while the school authorities wanted to push her to the class for children with special needs, her parent insisted that she be placed in a mainstream class. Eventually she was able to perform better than most of her classmates.

She graduated with a Second Class Upper (Hons) degree, Bachelor of Communication in 2014. She had fulfilled her dream of becoming a graduate. Her entire family, relatives and true friends were proud of her.

Today, she is Rajvin Kaur, a “Miracle Child”. According to Rajvin, social inclusion is the provision of certain rights to all. Inclusion is giving support to all individuals in society, regardless of their challenges.
